We are excited to share that we are working on a new restaurant concept coming this September! Leading its culinary direction is the newest member of the Fairmont Pittsburgh team, Jean-Paul Lourdes, Executive Chef, Restaurants. Habitat’s last day of operation will be Sunday, June 4. During this time, we will be serving breakfast, lunch and dinner in Andys. Additionally, specialty coffees, housemade pastries and grab-and-go breakfast items will be available at Andys Coffee Bar in our lobby. We look forward to seeing you at Andys during this exciting transition!
